First elected to Broadland District Council in 2004 for Thorpe St Andrew North West and as Thorpe St Andrew County Councillor in 2005. Town Mayor in 2016-2018, Ian has been at the heart of local community life and the county for over 15 years.

Trudy has been a councillor since 2011, and has worked enormously hard to promote the interests of her constituents. Trudy is currently the Deputy Leader of the Council and serves on a variety of Panels in order to improve the Council.

Ian has been a councillor since 2015, and routinely goes out to Sprowston to speak to residents and hear their concerns on a range of issues.

Sue was recently elected in May 2019 as the Conservative Councillor for Hellesdon South East. Sue cares a lot about elderly people, and improving the lives of older residents in her ward and throughout the District.

Nigel has been a councillor since 2002, and has been thoroughly involved in the work of the Council.

Karen has been a councillor since 2015, and has demonstrated enormous enthusiasm for the Council in doing all she can to improve it and make it work better for residents.

Sam is a newly elected councillor who secured his seat in May 2019.

John has been a councillor since 2015, and has been a passionate champion for the people of Sprowston East.

Jonathan has been a councillor since 2011, and has demonstrated enormous passion for his role and the constituents he serves in Thorpe St Andrews. He has a particular interest in Service Improvement and Efficiency and now serves as the chairman on this committee for the council.

John has been a councillor since 1999, and has served in his role for twenty years.
