Andrew Wiltshire has lived and worked in Norwich for 5 1/2 years.  He works in Adult Social Services for Norfolk County Council and served as City Councillor for Bowthorpe ward from 2009 until 2011.

Andrew is currently the Deputy Chair (Political) & Treasurer of the Norwich South Conservative Association.
