Apprentices at KLMUK Engineering take part in a course which provides four years of academic and practical tuition to become an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Mechanics.
The Aviation Skills Partnership was established in 2013 to create, develop and implement the skills solutions that the industry needs in partnership with training organisations, employers, educators, experiences and potential, new or existing employees.
Chloe comments: "I was proud to show the Foreign Secretary a Norwich innovation which will make us nationally and internationally significant. I have supported the Academy since its inception because it will bring so many opportunities to our young people in a skilled industry."
